How VIP levels work

You earn XP by playing. Every 1 wagered in real money is 1 XP. Bonus funds do not earn XP.

There are six levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Obsidian. Your level sets your weekly cashback rate and how quickly we get to you.

Weekly cashback by level

Bronze 5 percent
Silver 7 percent
Gold 10 percent
Platinum 12 percent
Diamond 15 percent
Obsidian 15 percent

Cashback is paid every Monday on your net losses from the previous week. It is paid as cash, with no wagering requirement, so you can withdraw it straight away.

To qualify in a given week you need at least 20 in net losses and at least 20 settled bets. High risk games are excluded from the calculation.
